Geometrically freeform, three-dimensional building envelopes can be created easily, reliably and economically with the Schüco Parametric System.

The basis for this is the continuous digitalisation of the entire process chain combined with parametric methods and system models. This permits architects, specifiers and fabricators architectural design freedom with maximum system reliability. The multiple award-winning, highly thermally insulated system is a logical development of the Schüco system-based façades.

Individual 3D façade designs based on tried-and-tested Schüco systems ensure economical and quality-assured implementation of individual façade units.

Fabrication benefits

  • Simple and secure fabrication – even when individual unit geometries are very complicated – by means of CNC processing of the profiles, system construction with wide tolerances and individualised system components
  • Automatic, detailed design of the units with integrated plausibility check: parametric system modelling with substantial time savings in planning
  • Non-series components are automatically generated in the planning tools and are available as system articles (mass customisation)
  • Full Schüco 3D fabrication support, including machine control: reliable assurance of efficiency and level of quality of the profile processing details (file-to-factory) without interface problems
