The Schüco ASS 77 PD.HI manual sliding system places an emphasis on visual appeal and haptics with an integrated vent-height pull grip. The highly developed Panorama Design system therefore offers optimum operating comfort combined with attractive vent design and maximum transparency.

Further advantages of the highly thermally insulated sliding system include the manual opening types with 90° corner without mullion and with a locking point in the double vent. An adjustment device for the subsequent adjustment of the outer frame is also now available, whereby the adjustment screws can be reached through the outer frame at any time. This is a great benefit with ceiling deflections, for example.

Schüco Seamless is the groundbreaking solution for almost frameless transparency of the building envelope. Seamless stands for the concealed combination of different Panorama Design systems which allows holistic seamless integration concepts to be realised for the building façade. The Schüco ASS 77 PD.HI sliding door system is integrated seamlessly in the Schüco FWS 35 PD.HI mullion/transom façade system for an even profile transition with no offset. In this way, the systems achieve a high level of thermal insulation with extremely narrow profile face widths.

Schüco ASS 77 PD.HI, combined thermally insulated aluminium/GRP sliding door system
With 197 mm basic frame depth for double-track systems with maximum transparency and light penetration

Design features:
Aluminium outer frame with thermal break (PA insulating bars). The outer frame is fitted with removable roller profiles. The outer frame profiles can be mitred using precision-cut corner cleats. A butt joint design is also possible.
The very narrow polyamide vent profiles are bonded directly to the insulating glass unit in accordance with the system specifications and subsequently form a structural unit. The unit can optionally be designed with vent profiles for double and triple glazing. It must be ensured that the glass edge seal is compatible with the vent profiles. For optimum bonding, prior cleaning with a surface activator is required.
Vent weights of up to 500 kg are possible.
The interlock section is designed with aluminium and GRP profiles (glass fibre-reinforced plastic). The GRP profiles are covered by aluminium cover caps in the visible area.

Enhanced functions: Innovative guide rail system can be easily removed.
Rollers can be serviced and replaced without dismantling the moving vent.
The variety of handles from the Schüco entrance door range allows the moving vent to be closed and stopped securely using the handle outside of the crushing zone.
Free choice of handles from the Schüco entrance door range for a distance between supports of 350 mm.
